ROBBING the POOR to pay the RICH & add Trillions to our deficit

Over $800 Billion needs to be cut from the budget. This Committee on Rules was trying to lay the foundation of what would NOT be cut.

& add Trillions to our deficit

All republicans voted to NOT protect the budget for:
 - School breakfast & lunch of kids (#21),
 - SNAP food stamps (vote #13),
 - Refundable Child Tax Credit (#20)
 - Medicaid -50% are kids needing healthcare
 - Postpartum healthcare (#26)
 - Healthcare for disabilities (#27)
 - Crime Victims Fund (#24)
 - & funding local law enforcement (#23)

All republicans did vote to protect giving WEALTHY tax breaks SIX times.(Vote No. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 & 22)

They also wanted to repeal the prescription drug negotiation provision.  So they do NOT want to reduce our medication costs.

Cut the budget to feed children/poor & giving healthcare to kids/moms and disabled will not give the ultra rich ENOUGH tax cuts so the republican majority is looking to INCREASE our deficit by 3-4 TRILLION to give the ultra rich even more money.

Ways to reduce costs that help 99% Americans, please share with your representatives:

• Get rid of FOR-PROFIT healthcare insurance & replace it with NON-profit healthcare ins.

• Get rid of private prisons that cost taxpayers MORE money.

• We subsidize Big Pharma with money for research through colleges, NIH, NSF. So force Big Pharma to cap their drug prices like other countries do.

• Reduce what we spend on military privatization costs (Do NOT cut veterans costs like they are now...Cut private contractor costs). Do NOT give Elon $400 million for cars which when are on fire are hard to put out. Ask your representative to STOP all contracts with Elon Musk!

•  How about we take money out of politics: NO more corporate money, no lobbying money & no individual money. We make a standard tax.  You make under $200,000 you pay $.50 to the state and $1 to the federal government as part of your April taxes. If you make more than $200K you pay a bit more (figure out those details later). 
  
  Then the taxpayer funded NPR/PBS, etc give equal time to each of three parties Republicans, Democrats & Independence (all else).  The state pot is split 3 ways (Gov/LtGov & congress) and the federal pot to be used for elections of the President/VP & congress. 
  
  There is NO more outside money used to fund elections. No more of our elected officials spending 50-75% of their time fundraising and being bought off before taking office. Instead they can use this time doing their jobs. 
  
  Our representatives no longer get free healthcare for life, they get the same healthcare we get.  If we have to get social security, so do they.  Then we can start having a government incentivized to address our issues because we have the same issues as them.
