2. Shipping Policy

Please note all orders are charged at the time of shipment. Items are usually shipped separately, so if you order 3 items they will come in different packages at different times. While we strive to deliver your items within approximately two weeks, unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, or logistic disruptions may cause delays. More people make purchases during the end of November - December so anticipate longer ship times when buying then. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

3. Return Notification Process

At E commerce Enterprises LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. As such our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward. Please read the details below to understand our return process: 

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Note that certain products may be nonreturnable due to high delivery fees, as indicated in their product descriptions.
  • Notification: To initiate a return, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by sending an email to [Customer Service Email] with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you seek a refund or an exchange.
  • Return Authorization: Upon receiving your return request, our customer service team will review it and provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. We will determine whether a refund will be issued or if the product needs to be sent back based on the provided reason.
  • Return Shipping: If a product needs to be sent back, please securely package the item(s) and include the return authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
