3. Contact Insurance Company~ Inform your insurance company that you want to appeal their decision and in writing request an external review (health trial from your state).
Submit a written appeal request (created with ai) & ask for an external review within four months of receiving the final denial notice. You'll need to add a copy of your documentation.

4. Use the External Review Portal~ If your insurance company participates in the HHS-Administered Federal External Review Process, you can file your request using the secure portal at externalappeal.cms.gov
5. Follow Up~ Ensure you follow up with your insurance company to confirm that your received and processed via email so you have written proof of your follow-up.
